📦 Shipping Process & Conditions
Once your order is received and payment is confirmed, it is processed and prepared for dispatch. Orders are shipped either by Sign & Display LLC’s own delivery vehicles or through reliable courier partners. All items are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
If your order includes multiple products, they may be dispatched separately depending on stock availability or priority requests. A signature is required upon delivery with receiver’s name and mobile no. to confirm successful receipt.
Note: We only deliver to ground floor locations. For buildings with stairs or no lift access, please ensure adequate manpower or equipment is available to receive the goods.
🚚 Delivery Fees
- Within the UAE:
- All deliveries will be sent by courier or through our delivery vehicles
- A standard delivery/courier fee applies to all orders.
- If a customer wishes to collect from our warehouse in Al Qouz, Dubai then there will be no need to pay the transport/delivery charges.
- International Shipping:
- Prices are based on Ex Works (EXW) terms – the buyer is responsible for shipping and related costs.
- For all outstation orders - Upon receiving your order, we will contact you by email to arrange freight and provide the most cost-effective shipping option by air or sea to your destination.
- For all outstation orders Shipping charges will be added based on the delivery location, shipment size, and shipping method selected.
⏱ Delivery Time
- Local Deliveries (UAE):
- For in-stock items,for deliveries within U.A.E. product is usually shipped the same day within 1-2 days of payment receipt confirmation. In some cases it can take up to 7 days. However public Holidays and Sundays will not be considered in the delivery time period.
- If a customer wishes to collect from our warehouse in Al Qouz, Dubai then there will be no need to pay the transport/delivery charges.
- Deliveries to areas outside U.A.E. from our warehouses may take up to a few additional days.
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM (UAE time). However, 365-day delivery except Sundays and Public holidays is available subject to recipient availability.
- International Deliveries:
- Delivery timelines range from 5–14 working days, depending on the destination and customs processes.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, customs clearance, or logistical issues. Where delays occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.
💳 Payment & Confirmation Process
Sign & Display accepts the following payment methods:
- Within UAE: Online payment via credit/debit card
- International: Payment by credit card or telegraphic transfer (TT) in advance
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a payment confirmation:
- Via email to your registered email address
- Via whattsup (if a valid mobile number was provided) and requested for.
This confirmation will be sent within a few minutes of completing your transaction and will include your invoice, order number, and item summary.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service for assistance.
⚠️ Important Delivery Notes
- Deliveries are considered complete once a signature is obtained from the recipient at the delivery location.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is present to accept the delivery and that proper unloading facilities are available.
We do our best to meet the quoted delivery times; however, Sign & Display LLC shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from delays beyond our control.
