Order Cancellation Conditions
Customers may request to cancel an order under the following conditions:
- The order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
- A valid reason for cancellation is provided (e.g., mistaken purchase, quantity error).
- Cancellation requests are submitted within 12 hours of placing the order or before production/shipping has started.

Important: Once an order has entered the production phase or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, or it may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total order value (or the value of the work already completed — whichever is greater).
Replacement Eligibility
We accept requests for replacement only under the following circumstances:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is defective, damaged, or tampered with upon delivery.
In such cases, customers are requested to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with photo evidence, to initiate the replacement process.
No Cancellation Policy for Custom Orders
Orders involving custom-printed, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins. This policy is clearly stated to avoid any confusion or disputes.
